Default Nano Jets .. Skyangel 35mm series

Are these any good ? I read up on small EDF units and the thrust is very small on various units.
The 50mm Skyangels are brilliant in my book - especially if you ditch the small LiPo they tell you use and install a decent C rated one or 4S.

I ask because the price is not small ... and they are numerous with online sellers.
