Problem with my Blade CX2 swashplate(video)

I'm trying to troubleshoot why my Blade CX2 does not seem to move left/right or forward/backward. I took a video of the swashplate hoping someone might spot what is going wrong. The control seems to move the plate but the CX2 will not change any directions when I move the right stick left/right or up/down.

The lower rotor hub is broken.
There are two rods that stick out of the hub that go into the blades and hold them
on the hub and from what I see in your video, I think both rods are broken off.

This is a rather common problem after a crash or a blade strike.. That should cure your
problems.

Good call! Ordered a new aluminum lower head. Now, anyone got a good "how to" for the steps to replace the lower hub?
