I am a beginner to the hobby. My third plane is a Multiplex Fun Cub and I am to the point of installing the electrics. I will be using a GMax 2300MAH battery with a AR6200 Spektrum receiver. I've read the manual and noted their suggestions on locations. On the 2BFLY website they recommended a "aft" position for the battery. As far back to the vent as possible (bottom of fuselage) What do you folks think? The receiver is a 2 piece w/antenae affair which somewhat complicates the situation. Any suggestions or pictures would be very much appreciated!
