I know this is an old thread
 but the color looks good. I came across this thread while searching Google for Fairchild 24s. I'm going with a lighter blue on my Guillows currently being built, as it's what I have on hand. I've got several cans of this stuff that I'll probably never use otherwise, so it's getting used. It's on the wheel pants in the photo below.BTW Big Johnny, is the Fairchild build finished? |

It looks like "teal blue" with a greenish tint. Museum picture is in darkish surroundings and color might look lighter with more light.
