Default My Remote Control Helicopter is Out Of Balance

I am a beginner at RC Helicopters. I have just received the Micro Twister Pro 2.4G Remote Control Helicopter. I accidentally crashed it onto the ground, and now it is out of balance and just swings left and right. Also, it hits a bar below it. Any hints?

Thanks for the quick reply. my plane can fly, but just is unbalanced and the propellers keep hitting some sort of bar which makes it crash. Any hints?
