Good Point. I'm usually a couple hundred feet or more above everything, with plenty of altitude to glide out of harm's way, and an 8 oz. foamy is likely to come out a loser in any encounter. Still, it's something to think about.

Although I am a member of a club I love to fly here in the park. Not as much space as in the airfield, but nice setting and not many people here.

I get to fly in my front yard. Just built a shop that I plan on getting a Night Vapor to fly inside. Wasn't always like that though. I used to travel about 20 miles each way just to be able to have a decent field.

I fly in my front yard, at a nearby schoolyard and a big, empty field a few miles from my house.

How do you make a link or embed a satellite photo? Neither GoogleMaps nor MapQuest give a distinct URL for map locations anymore.
