Hi I am still around I was out there flying a few weeks ago, I am building another Mavrick, I lost my other one flying in 30 MPH wind I know its only good for 25 MPH wind, but i was pushing it See you soon, Chellie

Well, Tristar finally laid the Xeno to rest this weekend...in spectacular fashion. I think that he thought he was back out on the slopes and a gust of wind would come up and bail him out.

Hi I have been trying to get out to fly, but the 20 Degree weather at 7:00 AM and the 30 Degree Weather at 9:00 AM is just a little to cold for me I am latin and Us Latins dont like weather below 70 degrees anything colder than 70 degrees, and I am freezing My Buns Off Take care and have fun, Chellie

That flight will forever be etched in my mind. Once it went into a death spiral & dissappeared behind the cliffs & brad turned off his radio & started walking away that should have been the end of it.

But like a phoenix rising from the ashes... 10 seconds later there it appeared rising like a feather gently blowing & lifting so easily in the breeze. Seemingly flying on its own I could hardly believe what I was seeing.

At first I couldnt even shout out "there....its there" look.

Well I needed the receiver for the Squall I purchased at the AMA show . Heck, it's another elevon plane, so I'll just change the name of the model on my transmitter and I'll be good to go...

Looking at the pieces now, if I just had the plastic center section and canopy, I could get it going again .
