I think he needs to lose the Trucker CB stuff and step off the rig, and try typing out some full words.
I think he said he went back to the truck to get baked and practice on the simulator, but two officers from Motor Vehicle came knocking on his door.  Wonder what he was baking to get the police knocking on his door?
