You will love your Electrostick after you replace the tail wheel. Here is mine and I also fly it on floats.

yeah, it is a little flimsy. i had to bore out the hold in the fuse so it would steer with the rudder like it was supposed to. what did you replace it with?

what motor is that on your e-stik?

Default E-Bubble Dancer

I finally finished my E-Bubble Dancer! Its only taken me a year and a half

All up weight ended up at 44 oz. I need to tweak the power system just a little. I have a Hacker A20-22L in it now proped for about 220 watts. It takes a full 30 seconds to get to 200 meters. So for ALES contest flying I will want to bump that up to about 300 watts to get a little extra room for windy days.

I only have 3 or 4 short trimming flights on it so far but I can already tell its going to be a keeper

Foamie quick build : ST Models MX2

Flew it at the weekend and was very pleasantly impressed with it for a stock power train and build. Photos to follow.

Well my dad (bugle em) and I decided to get back into flying less then a month ago. The first plane we bought was an art tech corsair of craigslist even came with a fancy "field box"

Plane flies great even after needing to re glue it a couple times for stupid reasons.

I ordered a FMS Giant Cub from Banana Hobby like the day before my dad decided to buy the Corsair Thinking that Cubs are good beginner planes and hoped it would fly like my cousins Fun Cub. I was wrong. it tip stalls horribly but I learned its bad habits it flys OK just not a floater like I wanted.

We fly right next to my grandparents house and my grandpa decided to surprise us with a group of planes from HarborFrieght

The yellow bee is actually pretty fun to fly considering what it is.

The Wild Hawk didn't want to fly outta the box after a little research we added some more dihedral to the wings and doubled the size of the rudder. After that she flies great.

The P51 is a solid bird. It needs a brushless upgrade before we can have to much fun but for $70 its a solid buy. Will be upgrading eventually.

My dad likes to tinker with stuff so we dug this old 3 channel EZ-10 outta the rafters of a hanger and my dad got it up and going again using stuff we had laying around. Have a new ESC and Motor on the way as the motor in it was 3800KV and on 3s it overheats the ESC Also converting it to a tail dragger

Just got the my FUN CUB finished. Had to buy one after being disappointed in the FMS cub. Man what a great plane. I got a bit to much motor in her but I like flying at half throttle LOL. I highly recommend this plane to anyone its just a great slow flyer

today I found a deal on Craigslist I couldn't pass up

Multiplex Parkmaster $50 bucks rtf minus batt and RX. She'll get some paint soon but this seemed to good a deal to pass on for a first 3d plane.

And last but certainly not least. The plane my dads had half built for 13+ years

That's my 55" FMS Cub sitting on top of it. 109" wingspan and we're still debating weather we go Electric or Gas. My gramps wants to buy the electronics for it since he gave that to my dad for christmas so it will probably wind up electric as he really likes our other electrics lol.

Got another 73" Cub that needs recovered and I have a motor and speed control for it already just need to do some touch up work and recover it.

Well I got my Xmas present the wife bought me assembled. The instructions where a joke, and so where the pictures that went with it. Have to admit though it was one easy plane to put together, and the wings lined up nice. Just need to make a battery box that slides in to secure it in place, and she will be ready to go.

Bill thanks she is good looking plane, and this will be making a road trip to SEFF.
Ya Maddy wants the pixie to be the pilot, but she not to cool on the idea that I have to cut off her legs. We seem to be having a disagreement on the leg cutting. She says it just not right.

Let's see, got a RTF quad (HeliMax 1SQ), couple RTF F.P. Helis (Nine Eagles Solo Pro V2s), an RTF C.P. Heli (Blade Nano CPX), 2 Parkzones, an RTF U.M. Corsair, and another BNF U.M. Spitfire. Got all these within the last 2 weeks, and have another heli on the way, an RTF Art Tech Rogue 500 6Ch., and when it's finally at our LHS, most likely the Parkzone U.M. P40 BNF...gonna have a few micro planes in the hangar...

I just finished a Phase 3 F-16 in Colorado ANG " MINUTE MEN" scheme and have recently purchased a VQ P-51 B in the "Red Tails " version.

November,

+1 on the Phase 3 F-16. Love mine. Will get another airframe when HP puts them back on sales for $29.00. My favorite and smoothest flying edf.

Cheers,

Hawk

Hello Dahawk, I've balanced my F-16 at the front of the cheater slot. The plans call for for a rather wide CG location. Where do you balance your F-16?

I'll take a look. It's out in the hangar. I went with the manual on the edf location. Middle of the range. But for fine tuning, I've marked the location of the lipo placement. I use the long ,thin 2200mah 3S Zippy on this plane. Fits nicely.

This plane flies on rails. Smoothest flying edf in my squadron. I also have the 50mm JPowers F-16, T-45 and Katana. The Phase 3 may not be the fastest but it's the smoothest.

I just finished up the build and electric conversion of a Great Planes Super Decathlon 40 kit that I bought third hand from a flying buddy. Photos and details may be found here:
http://www.rcfliteline.com/finishing...nes-decathlon/

I was hoping for a maiden flight today, but the forecast for a warm if cloudy day turned out to totally wrong. Socked in with cold drippy fog all day. Oh well, better days will come.

DAHAWK, Sign me up for as a member in your RC addicts group. Do you think that the 31 planes hanging in the basement would qualify me? If that isn't enough to qualify me, I could always build more!!!
