I saw these on the RCradionetowrk.com weekly airshow last week. It looks like a pretty cool deal. Cliff Whitney, the owner of Atlanta hobby seemed pretty impressed with them.
Check Atlantahobby.com for the too. They carry them as well, same price but if you are an Electron club member shipping is free. |

Fly it yet? LHS has one, as well as the Cessna. Looks interesting for the price.

Hiya all, I'm thinking of buying one of these through Tower, they have a special for a few days that you can get a free extra battery and $25 discounted from the order (shipping is still $10). The model would be like $90 shipped with an extra battery. I wanted to know if there are any others out there with the Cox Extra 300 and what they think of it? Is it possible to practice any pattern or run through some IMAC maneuvers with this model.. just simple stuff like hammerheads, inverted flight and such. I'm living away from my home for a few months and would love a model to fly a few days a week when the weather permits.
Thanks for the input , ABV |

My son has one and we have really enjoy it. It will do anything it's bigger counterparts can do. It can even handle a little wind, not much but a little.

I have one of these sold under the Nine Eagles brand from HobbyKing. It's the same as the Cox model. Cool little plane but my one complaint is that the model does not balance properly with the supplied battery. It came out a little tail heavy. I wound up buying a slightly larger battery and the plane flies much better, not to mention longer.
