Here's my latest. I flying plank/wing built around yard signs for a local Senate campaign. The Coroplast was crazy heavy, so I made the KFm steps and tail from blue FFF. The fuselage is a cheap CF arrow from Walmart.

I like it crash ,one plane or bird i have never built before. I have a african grey parrot that can speak around 2000 words . Its 28 years old and will live till around 60 , i got it when it was a couple weeks old and hand fed it. joe

Great, make an airplane to look like it and teach it to fly!
Just kidding about the piloting but you can still make one and fly it yourself.

I use to let it fly but one day at a school yard a hauwk had it pinned down till i ran over and scrared it off. Ever since then the birds flying days were over and i keep its feathers trimmed. joe

I was a half way decent pilot when i was younger competing in pattern and plylon so my planes last a while .Over the last year i have sold off 30 airplanes out of my building stash and still have to many. Iam trying to get down to 15 or so to make more room for bigger electrict planes i have plans for. I picked up 3 free big boxes of balsa and light ply last week from a friend who buys storage lockers and could not figure out what to do with them. lol Iam almost ready to start a 84 inch wingspan balsa albitross seaplane for my winter balsa build this year. joe

Hey that's a very good score there Joe, that should be a very enjoyable experience building the Albitross Seaplane.
I would enjoy it but it is way too big for my area, surrounded by Jackpines.
They keep my hanger count down though.

EPO subject; I am just an really old COUNTRY BOY out here in Kansas. Been building out of the Pink and Blue foam.
I came across the ACH Foam Technologies www.achfoam.com Saw one of their 8 plants in Newton , Ks. This is an Expanded Polystyrene. Contacted them. At first they jumped at the possibility of a new sales area. Then it all fell apart. I have been told by a mfg. builder that this stuff is no good. Has beads. They have used it in Slopeing, covered with something. Assume will stay with my PINK AND BLUE. Easy to find out here in FLY OVER COUNTRY.
