Thumbs up sea plane supply

Here is another one to add to my list to do business with Sea Plane Supplies.
http://www.seaplanesupply.com/index.htm

I ordered a set of floats Mon. had them at my house today. Unfortunately USPS decided they needed to be roughed up some well a lot.
I got home, and found the box torn open on the side, so out came the camera and took pic's as I unboxed em. Bent like a banana with cracks through out the floats. Even the plywood was broken inside the floats. I sent them pictures of the damage done by USPS. He sent me a email back within 5 minutes that a new set was being shipped Thurs.
To me he full filled his end of the bargain by shipping them, and not his responsibility of what happens by the shipper that is out of his hands.
Great customer service above and beyond what he had to do.
