OMG.. have you EVER gotten any help from Hobby King's CHAT line?
I have given them time and time again to try to reply to a simple question. Fact is, these chat 'people' are completely clueless. They do nothing but waste your time taking 2 minutes or more per stupid, worthless reply. I mean really. WHY BOTHER WITH THE DARN SERVICE if your chat agents are so blatantly inept at doing anything. Hobby King, GET A FREAKING CLUE. I CHALLENGE ANYONE to get a question answered via that service. I'd love to see someone getting ANYTHING of value from it. |
