Default Adding Ailerons (Servo on top or under Wing)?

Hi again,

Bought a Pico J-3 Stick Slow Flyer, want to add ailerons, have servo's and 4 channel receiver, do I mount servo's on top or bottom (under) wing?

Thanks Bruce
