Default When working on model - do you have a stand ?

I have seen an odd post here and there where models are sitting in X frames or like mine in/on Workmates ....

So Guys and Gals .... do you have a frame or stand to assist with your models ... so you can work on them at angles etc. or is it just clear a hole on the bench and stand it there ?

I'm thinking to come up with a frame / stand idea that can hold a model fuselage at any rotation angle required for working on ... as well as provide a stand for the field.

Any ideas ?

First of course are a folding X frame ...
