Default Anyone recognize this ESC?

Hi Guys, I have four of these and I have no idea what exactly they are. I bought them I guess about 5/6 years ago and have never used them. They are not much biger than a US quarter and have a cable with a jumper for either 2c or 3c packs. You remove the jumper for a 2c and you keep the jumper on for a 3c pack. I just ran two of them and drained a 21mAh 11.1v pack at a rate of 7.5A and did 30 second spikes to 10A It got warm and that was about it. If anyone recognizes this ESC and has any details on it, I would appreciate it.
