To add a Avatar, go to My Wattflyer at the top left and click on that, then go to Edit Avatar and down load your picture, the Avatar picture has to be small, so you will have to Resize the Picture.

to add pictures in a post, go to Advance on the reply or next post, the picture needs to be resized, 1000 x 800 pixs seems to work well for me, click manage Attachments, sometimes you can copy and paste pictures from web sites, hope that helps, Chellie

You can also insert a pic in the body of your text using the Image tag. To do this, you will need to copy the url of where the pic is located on the internet, then copy it into your post with "[img]" just before, and "[/img]" just after.

For resizing a photo, check out www.faststone.org for freeware that works very well for this purpose. The image viewer in this website has a lot of capabilities beyond simple image re-sizing and cropping.

Did I mention it is free?

http://www.faststone.org/

I recently purchased ($19.95) Faststone "Capture" which allows you to capture what is on your computer screen, or any part of your computer screen, and save it to a JPG or other type of file. After using a different program for over 10 years, this is a much better program.

Uploading to a site like Photobucket saves all the resizing and links a picture that will display in thread.

It also allows you to archive your photos at original size for any other use ...
