Default Thunderpower TP610C Safety Recall

Thunderpower TP610C Safety Recall
I stumbled upon this in the Hacker website:

http://www.hacker-motor.com/produktr...part-29763804/

and the tonisport site:

http://www.fast-webshop.com/tonisport/0/0/2/10

It is dated 2014/04/04 in the Hacker site.

There is insufficient isolation between the primary and secondary windings in the internal power transformer of the unit.

I don't know if this applies to US units with 110v input.
