I have read the thread and I have my HP F450 almost complete, motors calibrated ok and all turn
I'm using a DSM2 AR7000 receiver I have the throttle connected to the receiver and the A.E.R. port installed with the single post plugged into the receiver
I have 4 single wires coming off the power board Red Yellow, White, and black I assume these are the ESC signal wires that go to the Super Muti-Rotor Controller I will follow them back to see which is ESC 1,2 and so forth
There is a two pin red and black coming of the power board I'm not sure where it goes the only open port on the Super Milti-Rotor Controller is the S-Bus port, is that where this double pin goes?
If you haven't already noticed, very few here are into multi-rotor, even less with experience related to the Hobby People F450.
As mentioned in the other threads previously, RCGroups will have more experienced guys with knowledge of the HP F450.....might try RCUniverse as well......good luck to ya.....the HP multi-rotor products have a history of frustation, even the "bang for the buck" aspect is questionable.
When setting up this quad, you have two main set-up types. With the power adapter board, you can choose to use it to connect both the control wires (ESC wires/BEC) and power wires, or to bypass the board and plug your ESC control wires directly to the flight control box. The ESC battery wires should be plugged into the board for both ways.
If using the control wires from the board, you will first need to make sure it is aligned correctly to the ESCs and quadcopter arms that match the diagrams in the manual. Then you would plug each ESC to the adapter board, and use the boards single wires to the flight control box. Their should be one extra that has red and black in one single plug that should go in ESC channel three above the single control wire of the control box to supply BEC power from the adapter board.
If you choose to bypass the control board wires (this way is the one shown in the manual), then you plug the ESCs directly to the flight control board in the correct order, and the BEC adapter board wires are no longer needed.
