That's a fine looking airplane, did you cover it with tape ? In my experience the only advantage of KF airfoils is ease of construction.

Mit, yes - it's covered in tape.

Took it out to fly today and I'm very pleased with it . It's pretty quick, more aerobatic than I am, and it glides nicely with no power. With a 3 cell battery it can climb straight up quite a ways, and maintain altitude at about 1/4 throttle. Does just fine on 2 cells too, which is nice 'cause I have a bunch of them. I quit early because the wind was picking up (10 - 15 mph, est.) and I didn't want to wreck it on the first day out . I'm going to reduce the elevator and aileron throw a bit, but other than that it's good!
