Default DLG for fpv?

I have recently joined the world of DLG flying and having engaged in fpv before thought about combining the two.

The issue I have is that DLG are very light and finely balanced but has anyone tried it?

Here are my efforts for launches and catches to date.

You may be able to do it for fun. I'm sure you could make a sport plane with fpv but probably not a competitive one.

The DLG guys in our club are extremely concerened with weight and streamlining. They don't want anything on or in the plane to reduce performance.

Give it a try, it might work well enough to have fun. Just remember there are some extreme forces sideways during the launch.
A Seattle club called SASS had a couple of kids that did over 300' on launch, with my old body I might hit 75'
