It's to bad that the uploader makes you upload such small photos as the quality of some are really nice. It would also be nice to have the uploader do the resizing to max and allow you to drag and drop lots of files. It is really a lot of work to have to resize each and then point and click one at a time to post photos.

Well for the blade enthusiasts there was a nightflyer out there that really enjoyed showing off his talents and some wonderful nightflying lights. Don't let giant scale scare any electric. I am sure if you look closely you'll see giant scale electric along with the gas and glow.
It is a wonderful time and place to be and they have events all year long. The Masters will be there this year as well.

Hi All

Especially you guys that managed to there, wish I could.

I have a question. I believe an area was set out for the DX6 flyers, could any one tell me how many of them were flying at the same time.

Our AMA equivalent has limited the DX6's in South Africa to only 4 flying at a time and I would love to prove a point.

Hey Geoff,
I cant answer for Nall, but at SEFF we had a total of 12 pilot stations and I counted 9 DX6's at one point. The only reason I could see to limit the number is for traffic reasons in the air and not interference.

Mike

Thanks for that. I found it a bit curious as to why they (SAMAA) put the restriction on. The radio repair shop (only one here) is the Tech Advisor for SAMAA and when I spoke to him he told me that the car guys were having problems, but I fail to see how/why. The Rx only "picks" out the signal intended for it due to the GUID and to "swamp" the Rx with another 2,4 Ghz signal it would have to be real close and powerful.

I have doubts about that. I never did see how many were flying at a time but I know they were. I think that it will be developed for parkflyers at that site so that others can fly during the day when all the other events are going on as well. As they are limited during the day on the main field at the Nall. There were a lot of smiling faces.

Geoff, sorry I got away this morning. My installation turned into a can of worms. Just got back inside.
