Hey Guys do you still fly at 41sty and Garnet? Been there a few times and not have seen anyone around. Would be nice if someone would post a note about a flying day with a few non-members and the location and time.

Thanks

Every Saturday and most Sunday mornings there are a dozen people flying at 41ST and Garnett. We are usually gone from there by lunch time.

If the weather is good than I will be at the Un-unclub field at 41ST and Garnet in the morning. Due to weather, work and health it's been too long sense I flew with the people that make the group fun.

Surfer Dude,

Next time the Keystone field is open let me know and I'll bring the beer and a plane.

Brand New 59" Slick for sale. $700 If I don't sell it, I'll part everything out. Only so much time right now and I'm really in Heli mode. =)

Here's the stuff the Slick is equipped with.
Motor is the Motrolfly DM 4315 x 714, Speed controller is the Castle Phoenix ICE 100, Servos are HS - 5245 all around, three Gens Ace 4s packs not even cycled yet and I also have a Spektrum AR6200 Receiver... Also have two new props and new spinner.

I've also got a 3DHS 48" Edge that I've flown a handful of times I'd be willing to part with. But I haven't priced everything over on it yet.

I have not been on this thread in ages. But I do see some things posted that are not true.
First off I was not the one who ordered any pico tms from guy. Nokey did. He works overseas a good bit of the time. So has not always been around to pick up models or even be home.
Also I have not talked to Guy in ages. And have not seen him since the one time he came to the fly in. So not sure about being nice to him? Doesn't matter though. I have no reason to deal with him anyway.

That is all I will say about it. And have no desire to continue talking about him or what he thinks. He is entitled to his opinions like we all are. Just wanted to clear that up.

Hi Guys:

Is there a place in Tulsa where I can get some colored packing tape for my foam wings and planes?

Thanks,

A couple of years ago I picked up some colored tape from Westlake Hardware. It was vinyl tape in various widths. The widest was 1-1/2" though. I got red, blue, yellow and white. Not sure if that's what you're after but for what it's worth....

Have you tried Lowes, Home Depot or Wally World?

I finished the new FPV plane. I couldn't wait until Saturday, so I went out Friday and gave her a toss.
She flew great with the 2800, but I need to add a little tail weight to use the 4000 lipo. I even put on the goggles after trimming her out.
Here's a picture of the finished bird.
See you all Saturday.

Hey everyone, been a long time since I posted on here.
I have a couple planes I'm looking to sell if anyone is interested.
1: Parkzone Spitfire, Eflite Power 15, 50 amp ESC, Orange Rx, 9 gram servos all round. Also has Eflite electric retracts. Looking for $225 obo.
2: HobbyKing Vision EP http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...40mm_ARF_.html
Has an Axi outrunner motor, 9 gram servos, 20 amp ESC, and an Orange Rx receiver, and an Orange Rx 3 axis flight stabilizer. It's a pretty good plane, but just doesn't suit my flying style. Looking for $175 obo for it.
PM me if interested, can meet at the field if anyone wants to see them fly.
Getting more into helis now and I never fly these anymore, so I'm sure there's someone here that can get more enjoyment out of them than I can.

I got out Wednesday in the calm winds, put together this vid of the afternoon. Most of it is of the RadMinion because people on the Minion thread on RCgroups were asking me for one.

Hi Folks:

I replaced my totaled '97 green Camry with a red Pontiac Vibe, more wing room. I'll be out flying after the coming days of rain. Are there any problems flying at the original Un-club site week day mornings?

TIA

You can fly there any time they're not playing soccer. The property owners said the we could fly there any time, as long as we leave the field as good or better than we found it.
