Charger Recommendation for Small Capacity LiPo Battery

Hi,

I have purchased several Hyperion 2S small capacity (<250 mAh) LiPo batteries for a small park flyer. These batteries have a JST discharge connector, but no balance connector.

Can you please recommend a quality charger? Will the Hyperion EOS 0606i work with these batteries (without a balance connector)? Are there other more economical chargers to consider?

Because I don't see larger capacity batteries in my future, I would like to avoid high cost/complexity chargers (if possible).
