Bad Assss Killer Chickens

Hi Everyone This is a True Story that made me Crack Up Yesterday, I have a few Chickens and Roosters, Because i love Fresh Eggs What Happened is that a Juvenile Red Tailed Chicken Hawk got into my Chicken coop, there is a small gap between the roof and the side, and my Chickens were Tearing up this Chicken Hawk I had to go into the Chicken Coop to Rescue the Chicken Hawk from My Killer Chickens That Chicken Hawk bit off a little more than he Could Chew.



And then a couple of Days ago, I went to feed the Chickens, I have a Mason Jar screwed onto a circle feeder, The Feeder and Mason Jar are a Little Lite, so i had to make a 2x4 base and screw it onto that so that the chickens dont keep turning it over, there are some gaps in the wood base, and when i lifted the feeder to fill it, a Mouse ran out of the base, The Mouse took about 10 steps, and My Killer Chickens were all over it one chicken had it then another one would steal it out of the Beak of another Chicken I had a heck of a time trying to free that mouse I was able to catch the chicken that had the mouse, had to gently grab the chicken by the neck and shake the mouse free, well, it was to late for the mouse, it was dragging its back legs, so i had to get a shovel and cut its head off, It was a Mercy Killing

LOL!! Chickens eating mice caused my wife and daughters to stop eating eggs from my chickens. One of the girls spotted a chicken running down a mouse and eating it. Had to get rid of the chickens after this episode.

Back on the farm when i was a young pup we had a pig that was eating all the other pigs tails and ears off so once we finaly figured out what canibal pig it was we did a mercy killing of our own and had plenty of bacon for a while. joe

When I was a kid my parents had chickens every so often they would get a hold of a garter snake. They would peck the heck out of it until it was dead then eat it. Me being a snake lover would try and save em when I could.

I have (well had) chickens myself, and I know how deadly they can be to anything they think they can take.

I've also been told that one trip to a slaughterhouse would turn even a hardcore smalltown Texan into a vegetarian.

my list of best food soreces as meet for dindin ?
O have had to help take care of the darn things to offten and quit when one of them tryed to pluck out my eyes early one morning when I was 9 yrs old .
