Awesome Hank. I love US planes, but there are some really cool British planes. I have always wanted a De Havilland DH-87 Hornet Moth. I think it is just cool.

I recently acquired a Hobby Lobby F9F Panther for my birthday. I like being able to walk in there and walk out with what I want as they are my LHS. I have not done a maiden flight with it yet though as I have heard tons of horror stories of bad edf hand tosses. So after a bad hand toss of a pusher prop that cut me deeply, physically and mentally,(http://www.wattflyer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60772), I decided to build a bungee launcher, which I accomplished over the weekend, with a total outlay of about 30 bucks. Well worth it in my opinion to save my wife the worry of a hospital visit for stitches, and for my own piece of mind, but I digress.
Anyway, I got a new EDF for my birthday!!!!! That is all I was really saying. Can't wait to maiden her.

PS, that is my buddies F14 that I put together for him, not mine, I wish.

Default Gee Bee R3 Cermark Fantasy Racer

Been working on this one for about a month. They come with a great white and red paint scheme, (very visible), but I just had to do something different.
I stripped the paint, and coated with WBPU, and then shot it with Testors Buffing Aluminum. Best paint I've ever found for a polished aluminum look.

It will get some more color added to it, but I'll probably do the maiden (this weekend?) with it plain silver.

This one is 51", and is about 3 pounds.

My latest is a simple Senior Telemaster. I did the electric conversion and tarted her up a bit with new graphics. She'll be a Club trainer at the field this summer. (Maiden flight today!)

Finished up, and maidened my 44" Ritewing IYF night Flyer yesterday evening. I'm very happy with the final outcome a lot of fun to fly. Once I got it trimmed, a big thanks to my Buddy Phil for helping there, It flies likes it's on rails. Didn't take long do be doing some rolls, loops and all other manner of aerobatics with it. And all in the dark!

Here's a couple of pics before it got too dark to take anymore with my phone.

Default Drenaly Mark II

Not totally a foamy.
Not a flying wing or delta exactly.
Not a helicopter, blimp or any of those .

So I just put it here.

After having good luck with the original Drenalyn (French design circa 2001) with all the flight components on the outside of the fuselage (there was no inside) I thought I would clean it up a bit. Hence Drenalyn Mark II.

Same power set up as original, 3S 1000-2200 LiPo, AXI 2208-34, APC 8X6 E prop, Jeti Advance Plus 18 A ESC.

My apology to all the guys with nice looking airplanes

I think I have about $5 in it, not including wheels and radio gear. Fan fold insulation, 2 3 X 36 sheets of 3/12 balsa and 4 3/16" square balsa stringers . 1/16 inch piano wire and some 1/16 plywood scraps.

Now that's just silly talk right there! I think it's cool looking, I'd like to see how it flies. I'm always interested in something simple and durable that my kids can fly without busting up 100's of bucks.
