Hello SkyDaddy and welcome to Wattflyer. Since you only have 6 planes, you are short one for Saturday. You need to hurry on down to the Hobby Store and buy the one for Saturday, before the Saturday planes are all sold out.

Well I was loving the 60" Edge until I fat fingered a landing and did a perfect slow motion cartwheel. Busted the fuselage up a little and broke the elevator servo. I'm still repairing and moving to the last stage of grieving!

Sorry to hear that.
I've yet to own a plane I didn't wreck. Lol Actually the Beaver, but it was boring so I sold it. Now I kind of wish I had it for the cool factor.
This edge will be my first balsa. Going to try and baby it and keep it in one piece.
We shall see

My biggest fear is that when I die my wife will sell my planes for what I told her I paid for them

Hi Old newbie here ! its been a good 20 years since i flew any model aircraft, and then it was all diesels and nitro wasps !!! After watching some of the Flitetest vids on Youtube i decided to take the plunge into electric flight and got myself one of their foam trainer sets. So now waiting for good weather ???

Welcome to Wattflyer, Springer.

It won't be as hard as you think. You just won't have to spend all of your time trying to get the engines to run. Just plug in the battery and off you go. If you have flown in the past, it will come back quickly. Just check out the info in those links. Batteries are a bit different. Not difficult, you just need to understand them.

Let us know how it goes.

Had a great day flying yesterday! I have all electric planes and after watching others fool with gas/nitro not sure I would ever want anything different! Besides I am heavily vested in lipo equipment.
