I stumbled upon an eFlite 4 site and though what the heck I'll give it a try. I quickly realized that I'm not ready for 3d! It went well for a little while but ended in disaster...I'll try to put it back together but not to sure it will fly again.

An ultra micro was a bad idea. Very small models are always more twitchy than the big ones.
Did you use low throws and plenty of exponential? |

Mopower,
I haven't built mine either. Been on other projects. Says it's depron but I don't think so. Maybe a Chinese version of Dollar Tree ? Clearly not 6mm. Actually, Chellie turned me on to these. Was hoping to find a build log somewhere but they do look pretty straightforward. as thinking I's try the Christen Eagle first. Let me know how they work out . I have a 1300kv BL in waiting. -Hawk |

This is another problem area I plan to correct, I'm using a DX5e on lo rate....I'm stepping up to a Dx6i before I buy anything else! I would have to agree! It was going pretty good for a while but after a couple of what I thought were rough landings the frame is pretty much bent in half right behind the wings. The foam is so thin I'm not sure if I can fix it, I plan on using a thicker foam to give it strength |
