Default The Assassin is reborn

I just finished a complete overhaul of the UFO Assassin. New tape, laminating film, new motor, new color scheme, and LIGHTS!. It's now a night assassin. See pics.

Bub, I see you've been flying at the "big" field again. I also noticed when we were out at your place last time, that someone is building at the Turkey Toss field.

Self proclaimed dictator of the Flite Test fan club.

Just bought a Blade nano qx this week. Thought you guys would like that

I haven't been flying anything in quite a while. I have an MSR but it's too damn hard for me to fly... hoping the nano qx is a bit more controllable for a dumb lug like me.

Good luck with it!

I just spent the weekend up in Flagstaff, trying to get out of this oppressive heat! Flagstaff is at 7000', so it was much cooler up there. Temps were in the mid 80's. Pretty humid though because we have the Monsoon working right now, but much nicer than Phoenix.

Can't wait for October. That's when our "flying season" really kicks off as the temps become more bearable. I have events in Vegas and California in October, two here in AZ in November, then one here in January. I love the winter!
