for some reason i thought i had all the wing rib info, well I dont..be kinda hard to design all the ribs, never attempted.Is there some sort of program that would design the ribs per plans?

I have found your same plan on many sites but none have wing ribs or elev ribs. Did you ever think about trying to use the ribs off of the 180 for the 170 ? you will have to try to get them close to the same size but i dont see why it would not work. joe

my head is spinning with all the plans ive researched. I think the smaller 180 plans had a full flat bottom wing, but definately considered it.
found a laser cutter for the berkely, i'll just go that route
