Well, plans have changed and we will be flying this Saturday, April 18th, and next Saturday , April 25 th from 6pm till 10pm.

Due to the rains at Sherman, we will not be going that way today. Come on out to the gym and fly with us tonight and next weekend also from 6pm till 10pm.

We are NOT flying Memorial day weekend ( May 23rd) due to the School having graduation events, but we will be flying Saturday, May 30th, from 6pm till 10pm !

Guys, we are gonna try to fly tonight as long as the air conditioning is not locked off yet ! Show up around 6pm and if we have air, we will fly untill 10pm. This will more than likely be the last flying session untill fall .

We are NOT flying this weekend, June 13th , as they have the Gym booked for a wedding reception. I am going to try to get us in on the 20th ! They are having a summer open gym until July, so we will have the air conditioning for a couple more weeks ! YAY !

Well, we got the new key to the gym and we are flying tonight , Sept. 5th! Come on out and see us test flying the new E-Flite MSR helicopters and the Sukhoi's ! We will be flying from 6pm till 9pm.

Default Flying tonight
We will be starting late tonight at 7pm, but will fly late if anyone wants to . Birdie and I will be at our buddy's 40th Birthday Party until 6pm is why we will be late.
I have tried for a couple of days to post this, but it keeps giving me an error that I need to post a longer message than 1 character ! ? !

Rick (and the gang),
I went to the DEAF Fun Fly (elelctrics only) today and had an absolute ball. There were every size, kind, and shape of electric aircraft there and some amazing things were done with some of them ...quarter scale and giant scale 3D planes ...amazing. I saw a 170 mph ducted fan jet fly about 3 times today, a replica B-24 with 4 electric motors and detail that's remarkable that won 2nd place in the scale contest. 1st place went to a replica twin rotary engined 1930's era airplane that I didn't even recognize. I wrecked my new Pitts S12 on the first flight but, my little Great Planes SE5a was a stalwart all day. I can highly recommend it for next year. I'll be going again for sure. A great time was had by all. Also picked up a bargain on a Park Zone Coursair (brushless).
It was a beautiful day ...hot but, outstanding flying weather with a nice lite breeze (cross-wind of course). I'm still pumped up about it.
Wish you guys could have been there.

Default Another Electric Fun-Fly
Howdy Gang,
Ft. Worth Thunderbirds are having an all electric Fun-Fly on Nov. 7. DEAF was so much fun I'm going to this one too. Hope to see some of you guys there. It's being held at their Benbrook Lake flying field. It will be my first trip there but, I hear its a very nice airfield. I hope to have my new 40 sized P-51 flying by then (electric of course).

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are flying this Saturday, November 21st, from 6pm until 10pm. Come in out of the cold and fly with us ! Landing fee is $10 and goes directly to the school to pay for the electricity we use.
