Motobox passes though the entire fuse and is light but also pre-tri-stocked all around.
The cosntrcution looks great... tight... very well interlocked laser cut parts. Designed for pull-pull elevator and rudder setup. |

The plane features removable Side Force Generators, airfoiled stab and a sweet aluminum tailwheel.

Quique will offer this plane with a Hacker combo... a brand new motor & ESC that will rock the electric world...
The motor is the Hacker A30-14L and the ESC the NEW X-55 Pro... it supports up to 6 digital servos and 4 cells with BEC enabled!!! The setup is designed to run on 3S 3200-4200 packs... will be testing the Flightpower EVO 20 3300 and 3700 packs... New technology included will also be discussed in teh upcoming review... but for now wanted to share some of the tidbits... |

Actually some minor changes to the combo...
After testing a 55 amp ESC is overkill and they will be including a 40 amp ESC... but still the new tehnology... X-40-SB-Pro Size: 75x28x10mm Weight: 43g (1.4oz) Operating voltage: 2-6LiPo/8-18NC Rating: 40A 2-6 Servos These new PRO controllers (<40amp) feature a "switching BEC" which basically means it creates more BEC handling headroom as needed... This allows the 40, 55 and 70 amp to support up to 6 digital servos! NO separately BEC required! Plus the 40amp+ does this on 4 cells without having to disable the onbaird BEC... They also feature a USB programmability now!!! In addition, further testing has shown phenominal performance from 4S packs as well... So I'll be testing the 3 cell packs listed above as well as 4S 2500 and 3300 pack... On 4S the suggested prop will be an APC 12x6E and on 3S a 14x7E... The A30-14L is a 500 watt motor... here's the specs: Rec Prop Range: 12x6-14x7 # of cells: 3-4 lipo Cont. Current: 23A Max Burst CUrrent (15 secs) 35 Idle Current (Io) 1.8 A Resistance (Ri) (Ohm) 0.036 Rpm/Volt (Kv) 800 Weight 5.1 oz (143 gr) They state it's good for 3D up to 3.1 lbs

Maudib:
Are you the same Maudib on G3.5 forums? I'm going to wait-a-bit on getting this motor and ESC, W/Switching BEC. Had my heart set on a 10XL and 40X, but may certainly wait a bit longer for some field reports of this combo. The QQ Yak was my 2nd choice for a ParkFlyer, but went with the AJ 330S. I may still get the QQ, because I'm partial to Yaks' radial cowls anyway! Please don't shoot me for bringing-up the AJ... Screenshots? You want screenshots? http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v4...tor/?start=all Charles |

No sure what G3.5 forums you are refering too... can you send me a link to this "imposter"?
tee heeI'm going to be testing with 2 3S packs and 2 4s packs... the flights on the website show it on 3S... VERY nice... and 4S is a rocket I guess... Can't wait to get it up and going... weather here has turned a little nasty... but it oughtta clear up within a week or so... |

I'll be testing now with it and th 3s 3300... while the 3700 3s and 3300 4s will work, they are on the heavier side while the first two sizes will be the cat's meow... I hope to get the figures this weekend... stay tuned... Then the review should be going live around the first week of March... |

The review is complete and be posted soon.
What a great combo this is... And the motor is fantastic... My tests results: 4S 2500 Flightpower EVO 20 and 12x6E prop = 36 amps and 500 watts... about 8-9 minutes of flight - phenominal power hover and zip out 3S 3300 Flightpower EVO 20 and 14x7E prop = 42 amps and 450 watts... about 11-12 minutes of flight - good power hover and decent pullout A careful pilot could use a 13x6.5 on 4S and get upwards of 550 watts... but keep it down... the motor is rated for 490 watts...
