Well Jeff we just want you to know that we appreciate you and your service to all of us who trade with you. IMO I don't think anyone who's bought from you could say they got a bum deal in the least way.
So a Big Thank You from all of us who've posted here and there's many more out there who appreciate you too but haven't said so here and I'll add that It's been a pleasure & a privilege to know you personally.

I placed order for some stuff from HeadsUp RC on 1/7/08. Received notification it was shipped on 1/8/08 but has not arrived here in Tennessee. Any body help with how long shipping usually takes. I tried to track with the USPS , but it only says shipping info received 1/8/08 Bandera, Tx. (?) How long should I wait ?

Well...not sure what the deal is, but its always fast shipping. If its not there today I would suspect tomorrow. You can message him thru EBAY as he usually answers right away or email him here ---> headsuprc@yahoo.com

I can assure you that your package was indeed shipped on the 8th. I purchase a delivery confirmation for all of the packages I ship, and it's important to understand that the delivery confirmation number cannot be used for tracking, only for proving that an item was indeed delivered.
USPS is extremely reliable - they have lost only two packages out of several thousand that I have shipped. Unfortunately, they can also be a little slow at times. I hope your package arrives very soon. Please contact me if USPS has not delivered it by the 18th and I'll see if I can track it down for you.

I'm a little surprised you didn't receive it today, but then again, delivery of First Class mail varies quite a bit. I don't blame you for being anxious to receive your items - I'm the same way when I order something!

Hey Ol' Bub,
I been telling you ( and everyone else too) but noooo. Now look at all that long shipping time you've spent waiting on HK when you could've spent that time in the air flying around like a bird that's been eating some of those Fermented Berries . Glad your making the switch !!!

Seriously though, if it weren't for Jeff I'd still be trying to learn how to use those Brushed systems.

Another stellar example of the service Jeff provides:

Today I get an email from Jeff, asking me to check a motor he had shipped a couple weeks back. Wanted to make sure I got a 2409-12D (with a triangle), not a 2409-12Y (with a star). I had ordered the 12D. Well, mine has a star. Sent him an email telling him, and his response?

I will send the right one out, keep the other one, sorry for any inconvenience.

Oh.....the ship notification from paypal was in my inbox before I saw the reply. Wow.

Like I told Jeff, this is but one of the reasons he is my favorite RC supplier, bar none.
