Exclamation www.boomshot.co.uk

I was looking at this site a fews days ago and i was wondering if anyone has actually brought anything from this site and could you give your opinion on the site

anything you have to say about the site would be appreciated
as i am hopefully going to buy a motor off it and don't want to be disappointed.

Hi david, I had a quick look and compared prices with my prefered supplier and boomshot look a little pricey. I would recomend www.robotbirds.com they have great prices and fair postage costs. I use them over my lhs given the choice because they give good service and advice.hope this helps

I have looked around my regular stores and couldn't find a better deal. Seems like a nice kit, you will have to let us know how she performs. There is a large selection of similar aircraft at

www.sussex-model-centre.co.uk

and

www.brchobbies.co.uk

but then you probably already know that !

I will try to, it promises to be good judging by the 2006 Gallery and their website.

David, I couldn't actually find that model on any other webstore, so it was hard to match the price. There seem to be so many Cessna type versions, that one does look extremely good. I will look forward to your build log and future maiden.

Another good store for batteries etc. which I forgot to mention is:

www.rcmdirect.co.uk

Default Boomshot sale

There's a sale now on at boomshot.co.uk for all planes and heli's which includes the Cesna 182, Pitts and T34 brushless RTF packages at boomshot.co.uk. Prices for RTF brushless packages are £114.99 which is closer to what you'd pay for a brushed version and it includes a LIPO battery....

Cheers Yorl
