Yes. They are the same and made by Art-Tech. So the electronics will be questionable. The battery will be about 10C, so the brushed motors will be underpowered. All their airframes are pretty good, I just wish they were sold as ARFs.

Well, even if I don't buy from Hobby-lobby, at least they're good for a laugh. I mean, who else sells brushless outrunners without listing a KV or max Power? They do tell you a controller size though. I can just imagine someone using a 35amp ESC to spin a 80w motor and wondering why his 2lb. plane won't fly. But after searching and clicking on all the Atlas outrunner links, there they are, the magical KV ratings. Bravo.
