Default EFlite 400 Outrunner motor mount screw size????

Hey guys,

I am having trouble because I am currently building the Lee Ulinger version Edge 540 which calls for a front-side motor mount. The thing is my old screws aren't long enough to go through the firewall, I need longer ones but the same width/thread count/etc.. from my measurements I get the screws to be M2.5-50 X 5mm, can anyone confirm this screw size??

-Thanks

Every E-F 400 outrunner I ever used had 3MM screws.

So 3mm major diameter? What about the mm per thread rating? I always get mixed up on these screw callouts...

If you are going to a big box local store just take the motor or bolt with you. I typically take the bolt and find the right size nut and then go with the corresponding size bolt. If you think it is 3mm (which I have no idea if it is) take the motor and try a 3mm bolt

If you go to your LHS and look in the Dubro section for 3MM screws they will work. BTDT.
