I know this is an old thread, but did you ever figure out what was wrong ?
I have EXACTLY the same thing happening to my Stryker ... I have to get off the throttle to regain control, otherwise she slowly rolls and dips to the right

Oh well ... today, after trying all sorts of cures, I eventually planted her at close to full speed nose first into the ground
 ... THE END ... of the Stryker that is ...  Hope the next fuselage will be co-operative !
