Motor just goes back and forth? Bad esc or reverse 2 other wires other than what I did already?

Generally its a bad connection with the 3 motor/esc wires, or a timing issue with the esc.

When mine did that, one of the wires had broken loose under the heatshrink tubing. Soldered it back and it was fine.

Yep, most often just a bad connection or bad solder joint at one the bullet connectors between ESC and motor. If all the connections test good then it can sometimes be a fault with the ESC or an incompatibility between ESC and motor.

BTW....If the motor wont spin power off immediately. Adding more power when the motor isn't spinning will burn the motor pretty quick.
