This EDF has Emax metal gear servos (3) from Jeff. I'll have to post a finished pic later.
Emailed an order to Jeff at 12:30PM today asking to please ship a 4S EZ Flite for the plane today. It's marked as shipped already! NOBODY takes care of customers like Jeff!!!!! |

I think Jeff appreciates all the well deserved free advertising from us and that's a great 'return' for him. |

Does anyone know what the "Reserve" button does in the Wishlist area on HeadsupRC.com?
I had an item in my wishlist that was out of stock, so i tried the button and it said it was reserved... i noticed the item came back in stock this week but i didn't recieve an email or any kind of notification... so i know it doesn't do that much. |

An olde from about 2004. Brought up to date with more good stuff from the great people at Heads Up RC!
4 SG90 servos 2836-09 motor EZ Flite 1800mah 30C APC 11 x 5.5 prop Carbon fiber gear from Esprit Models. The gear legs that come with the small Fliton planes are 'questionable'. |

Next time you place an order, just shoot Jeff an email with the order confirmation number and ask him to included them... They are free for now until the asking gets abusive I would imagine.

Cool Jeff, you got your own forum. Here are a couple of planes I have Heads Up RC motors on. In the first pic is my Radian Pro which I fly in ALES competition, (stock except for the prop blades and 50mm spinner; something you might think about carrying Jeff, popular in ALES and everyone else is out of stock on that spinner), and in the background is an old 90's Cermark New Timer, originally equipped with a brushed motor, but now it sports a HURC 2830-11 motor w/ 9x6 Graupner prop blades. I fly the Radian in ALES "Foamie Class", and the New Timer in "Open Class" ALES. The 2830-11 is a great motor and just right for that plane, (22oz, 57" ws).
The second pic is of my Polk Hobbies Jessica w/ a Bob Martin cat 2M wing powered by a Power Up 400 Sport motor from HURC. That one also originally came with a brushed motor, (600 size), but the 400 Sport made it a spectacular flier. Vertical climbs are ordinary with that motor using Graupner 11x6 blades, and substantial down elevator is required to keep it from looping back over itself it's so hot. I have also flown that plane in Open ALES competition; who says you have to have a fancy expensive plane to compete?? Thanks Jeff for providing quality products at affordable prices, and having the fastest shipping ANYWHERE! SonnyGlider (sonny1 on RCG). |

YES, I use EVERYTHING form --- [HURC]. Great co. down there.
Wish we had soneone like him around here in NC Ks. The only RC dealer we have around here is some 80 miles from me. He does not like Elc. folks. Has VERY LITTLE in his store for us Elc. folks. HE ALSO GIVES YOU THE IMPRESSION THAT HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT US. [He is big time NITRO - 3D -- ]. At least that is his impression SARG5 |

...hey guys, I'm both new to the forum and Electric RC. I have been building/flying RC since I was around 12-yrs old...some 30+ yrs now, but just now have gotten into the electric scene. So far it's been very rewarding and having lots of fun w/ it.
Of course this was an easy transition for me after getting turned onto "Heads-up". Their excellent web-site info, fast service, and good quality components has hooked me into the electric RC scene. I enjoy designing my own aircraft, scratch building and I am really into the foamy/profile scratch built stuff. .......anyway here is a couple pix of my latest 1/2" blue foamy, w/ all heads up gear...plane flies awesome and just love this thing. This drawing is my latest design that i just completed this weekend. A high wing sport/ aerobatic high wing that i have named the SKYFOX...can't wait till this beast is up and going.... ![]() Power Up 400 Power Up 20 amp esc EZ-Flite 30/1300 battery Corona 4ch receiver (4) servos / emax es08a other misc. from heads-up weight rtf / 23-oz |
