Just sent a DX7 which quit working and I said let me know the cost. Steve sent it back and said the fuse blew and it checked out okay. NO CHARGE. Have called for problems and speak to people who speak English and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Larry |

The winter before last I managed to stick my DX7 antenna into the prop at -20*. The antenna vaporized, couldn't even find pieces. Sent it to Horizon with note that it was my fault and I would pay. They replaced antenna and sent it back no charge. They have upgraded a couple of Rx for me - free.
This is the way to make loyal customers. |

My experience with Horizon/Spektrum has been perfect, to date!
Though I left Hitec when it delayed its 2.4 system, and expected I'd go back one day, I'd never consider it, now, unless Horizon does a 180 (I doubt that will happen). Ironically, Hitec is very much like Horizon when it comes to customer good-will: nearly perfect! |
