This is a test body so I could make the nose plug the right size. I plan on molding the nose out of light clear plastic and airbrushing it the right color.

This is our third attemp at a nose and some strut construction. Note that the struts have the color scheme on both sides and the nose is taped for a test fitting.

This is the progress that we have been making. If you notice that all the controls are scale
We also are still doing a little tweaking here and there for colors and have to also still mess with laser cutting. We will maiden this particular plane (26gram/wo battery) as soon as we have some calm weather.![]()

We still have to match the gray of the body with the paint we're using on the nose. Its been raining and windy here In Kansas City and we have not had any luck in finding a indoor club here to test fly. Here is a short video of the control surfaces

We are waiting on control horns to be laser cut and I couldnt stand looking at the bottom of a plane with white depron wings. So I'll let the pics speak for themselves.
Top side with PC 10 dope colors and the bottom sporting the clear dope finish. ![]()

I liked the video too. Wish my fingers could work on small planes like that. Paul |

Paul
I am 60 years old and shake like a rattle snakes tail, but taking a little time it is a easy plane to put together. The detail of the kit was my sons art work. Scott and Mike |
