I'm afraid your battery is beyond help. LiPo batteries should not be allowed to fall below about 3 volts else they are ruined. In some rare cases, you might be able to recover one by charging it with a constant current charger set for about 100 milliamperes in your case and carefully monitoring the voltage. If and when the voltage of each cell rises to about 3.5 volts, then the regular LiPo charger will probably now recognize the cells and continue the charge. If you try this, be sure to constantly monitor the voltage of each cell and, if the battery starts to swell immediately disconnect the charging circuit and forget trying to recover it. Now, even it it (after the constant current charging works) seems to charge, the capacity my be far below specifications making the battery essentially worthless. Only a trial use can determine that.
