Saturday was big fun! I went out early and flew my 450, AJ Slick, Superfly, and Radian before we went indoors. I didn't realize that thermals occured on cold days but I almost lost my Radian in a huge updraft.

Indoor was a blast with a lot of mid air Yak smacking going on. Thanks to Rick for sharing this great facility with us.

You guys have a great Christmas and Happy New Year! Be safe.

And Norm, you don't have to crash to have a good time, but I seem to have a good time when you crash, (but not into me, I'm still remember what you did to my cub) so it's all good.

Any chance of any indoor pylon, like with the Flyzone Albatros, or other ARF's? Sounds like fun... Also, is there any vendors/sales there? I need batteries.

Bobby from Bobby Jacks in Alvarado said he would be there, but I don't know how much he will bring extra. You might want to give him a call tomorrow.

Also Rick from Weatherford said he might make it. When we flew at TCA he always brought a lot of stuff, but you might want to try and call him too.

Hello all, name is Mike and I am a new to the site and was told about flying at the gym by Bobby Jacks. I just purchased a Trex250 from him and would like some info on flying out at the gym as I am new to the Heli scene.
