Check thru the threads on this site and others, some even own 3-4 albies and have rebuilt and re painted them. Seems there is a small cult following.

Try WW1 threads on this site 6 threads down 8 pages also on RC groups or the RCU site was a thread about 10 pages really detailed on re mods and re paints etc..

I installed a brick from a "Champ" in my Albatros so I could use it with my DX6i and it became an entirely different bird!

I didn't like the original transmitter, but being able to mix Throttle with Elevator in the DX6i turned it into a comfortable gym flyer for me.
