Futaba Buddy Box Problems

I have a futaba t6ex 2.gh as a master an a futaba t6exp 72 mz as the slave. I am flying electric planes.

The problem is after about 10 minutes of flight, the throttle on the slave box stops working, the rest of the controls are working. The master box has no problems with the throttle.

I am using a 4000Ma 14.8v battery. After flight the battery is 50% full.

have you tried timing the 10 minutes on the ground w/o the elecric motor running?
there may be a problem with the buddy box itself? Batteries charged ok on the master box?
