These are a Parkzone PKZ1040 Balancing Charger for 2-3 Cell LiPo batteries. It charges 7.4V-11.1V batteries with an adjustable charge rate of 0.3-2.0A

These TWO CHARGERS have been soldered and heatshrinked to ONE cigarette adapter plug so you can use both at once. These Both Work Great And are ready to power your Hangar.
