Default matching motors to props / aircraft wieght,

Hi all, Im new to this electric flight so I would appreciate some advice, how do you arrive at the right motor, prop etc for your aircraft, is there some formula you use to get the right power, and how does that power relate to the wieght of the plane, and to the wing loading, any advice would be much appreciated, thanks for your time , regards alan in spain.

hi, many thanks, i tried the sites you recommended, one downloads with a fault and the other got a bit too technical, i have used some info from another site and believe i have just about got the hang of it, tried my 3d trainer out and got a few minutes flight before i broke it, so after repair im just waiting for some calm weather to have another go, fingers crossed, regards alan in spain.
