Nothing in there saying what this means if this happens or that happens type of troubleshooting answers.
I must assume that it won't balance if the lights never quite blinking. |

In general blinking does mean balancing or excess charge being removed. The cells which have the lowest capacity fill up faster and the balancing keeps these at 4.2 per cell while the others catch up.
Depending on the capacity difference of the cells the amount of balancing power available and the health of the cells it can take from a few minutes to hours for all of the cells to become fully charged and balanced. Limitimg the flight time(amount discharged) will prevent the inbalance from being as bad and they should charge and balance faster. A chareger which has a LCD display and shows each cell's voltage is a lot beter than flashing LEDs. Charles |

This is a 3 cell battery why are only 1 & 2 lighting green. You should have 1,2,3 lighting green. I would check the voltages of each cell on the balancing cable.
This charger is in lipo red light on and the red light for charging at 1A |

At the very least invest $15 in an E-flite Li-Po Cell Voltage Checker EFLA111 to get some idea before charging of the disparity between the three cells. Then with more experience you’ll get a pretty good idea how long you can expect the green light(s) to keep blinking until the voltages of the three cells are within reasonable proximity. You’ll also gain an understanding of whether or not one of the cells is so out-of-balance that it may be useless to try balancing and time to get a replacement Li-Po. EDIT ... The voltage readouts may be off by say 0.05-0.20 volts with any of these cell checkers (CSRC,E-flite,dealextreme) but you really only need an approximate readout not scientific notation. Even though the voltage readouts are slightly off the voltage readout difference/disparity between each cell should/will be accurate. |

Power to run the Cellpro unit is a pair of 120 Ampere Hour Deep cycle batteries in parallel. |
