I could't decide to take a chance on 2 new motors for the old mcx or just go and get a new BNF mcx2. Well I got the new one and I don't know if it's the addition of the extra body peice on the back adding weight or what but is this little thing ever stable, even for being a coaxial it's just about like driving a car. I swear a baby could fly this thing. I read somewhere where they refined the board a little here and there and you can tell that it's not just a rumor as soon as it leaves your hand and the motors are definately more powerful. If anyone is thinking of getting a first heli for themselves or a child ect. you won't beat this one. I haven't switched the swashplate to the faster setting yet and just wanted to see how it was on the low setting and it is as controlable as you could ever ask. I can sling my msr around pretty good inside now but I still like Coaxials too and this is deffinately a nice one. There is definately more to it compared to the original mcx {which I also have} than just a couple blinking lights and a different body. I asked the guy at Hobbytown USA here in Fredrick Md. when the new MCPX was going to come in and they never heard of it, I couldn't believe it. I know it's going to be in my heard of Micro Blades when they get here
