Arrow Big Fish III, assistance requested

Greetings all...

Been away for a while, but now I'm back.. normally I would post this thread in General or somewhere else but since I will be using this plane for AP/AV, I am looking for more mission specific build info.

With Big Fish and Big Fish II, I always had the assistance of my hobby store guy when it came to purchasing parts, but for the last 2 years.. that kind of has not been possible as I was no where near any hobby stores who spoke my language(s).

So.. coming back in to the fold.. I want to set up an AP/AV Twinstar II.
I will probobly have a relatively heavy cam on it so my payload will be a bit high.

I am looking for a motor-ESC-Batt-charger combo what has a good bit of muscle. my old setup was good but I believe I either had too much battery or to little motor..

Please recommend to me a full electrics setup (by individual part name) so I can order online. It would also be great if it all comes from the same shop. My budget is not extreemly tight at the moment, so you can recommend the good stuff.

Props:
Motors:
ESCs:
Batt:

and an example of who uses your recommended setup would be great too!

Thanks!!
